1.1 The protection of your personal information is important to us. When you visit our website ainafrica.com (“the Site”) this policy is to inform you how your personal information is used. The term "using" personal information includes handling information in any way, including (but not limited to) collecting, storing, modifying, deleting, combining, evaluating, disclosing and transferring information within our organization or among our affiliates. We process all personal data in accordance with the requirements of law.

2 Privacy Policy Toward Children

2.1 The Site is directed to individuals over 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us.

 3 The purpose of collecting personal information

3.1 Your personal information is collected to administer and maintain requests and bookings. contacting you with newsletters and other information that may be of interest to you. We may also use the information for direct marketing.  We will not however, block your e-mail with third party adds or marketing materials or send you sms-messages with marketing materials unless you have explicitly given us your consent. We will never forward your Personal Information to third parties without your consent unless it is necessary for providing the service or if we are obligated to do so by law or as a result of a court decision.

4 Personal Information and non-identifying information

4.1 Personally identifiable information refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you ("Identity Information"), such as your name, phone number, email address, and home postal address. We may also ask for your credit card number and other billing related information (eg. such as Pay Pal account) ("Invoice Information") in order to process some of your transactions through the Site. “Identity Information” and “Invoice Information” shall together be referred to as "Personal Information".

We may also use and share information that does not include Personal Information and we may otherwise disclose non-Identifying Information with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes (see Log Data and Cookies –section below). Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain your Personal Information.

5 Log Data

5.1 Log Data is data sent automatically by your browser that our servers may receive when you visit a website, such as your browser type and or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site, pages you visit at  our Site, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Site and other statistics. We use this information only to monitor and analyze use of the Service and to increase the functionality and user-friendliness of the Site. We do not treat Log Data as Personal Information.

We will accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the information contained. Any reviews you may have posted via the Site will remain publicly viewable via the Site.
